Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed once your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been successfully processed.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The time frame for this inspection may vary depending on the product type and return volume, but typically takes 3-5 business days from receipt.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

For items purchased with promotional discounts or as part of a bundle, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the actual price paid. Gift purchases will be refunded to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected time frame, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the transaction.

If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the date of your return. We will investigate the matter and provide you with status updates. In cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
